The final
results came out and again he had proved himself , he was the black sheep in
his family where every child excelled in the so called intellectual subjects
but he scored descent marks only in literature .
“This boy is
going to bring disgrace to us one day , I am saying you” scowled his father in
an high pitched voice
In every
other person’s opinion the road ahead seemed bleak for him
Few decades later
, the same so called black sheep was interviewed by the media houses for being
the recipient of the highest award for literature in the country and he was
questioned “What exactly led him here ?”
In a calm
gentle voice he replied “May be it’s because I took the road less traveled by”
On this day of letter "R"

ReplyDeleteEverybody should go in for whatever they are good at and passionate about. Unfortunately, there is generally too much pressure to stick to the usual "roads": medicine, engineering, etc.
